Angenieux 35mm/f2.5 Type R-1
This beautiful specimen is the P. Angenieux 35mm/f2.5 Type R-1 wide angle lens. The "R" refers to Retrofocus) lens. This version was first introduced about 1950. It is black with satin chrome knurled rings. It bears serial number: 239086 and it has a manual diaphragm. Distances are in feet, with close focusing at about 2 1/2 feet. It has 6 lens elements.
