KILFITT Zoomar REZEX lens adapter

Manufactured by Heinz Kilfitt, Germany's premier lens manufacturer, this is their REZEX lens adapter. It has an Exakta camera mount on one side with standard 39mm female threads on the other. It allows you to mount most enlarging lenses (39mm is the standard mounting size) as well as bellows and extension tubes on your Exakta camera.
